John Green did nothing. Someone basically decided that there must have been something wrong with an adult man writing books about teenagers, and started all kinds of rumours about him, very nasty, ugly, unfounded rumours. Alex Jones is a nazi who had followers dox families who lost kids in a school shooting, among a lot if other things. OP feels that bullying a mentally ill writer of young adult fiction off tumblr can somehow be compared to chasing off a nazi.
